Recently remodeled 2 bed/1 bath downstairs apartment available October 1st for winter only lease.  The lease would have to end by the end of April or May.  This rental is centrally located and is a short walk to the hospital and Avtec.  Washer/dryer in unit. Rent is $1835 per month which includes everything except cable/internet.  The owners are okay with a shorter lease term (3 months) so this unit would be perfect for travel nurses or someone on a shorter contract.   Sorry, no pets!
