Furnished, six bed/ three and a half bath home available November 1st for long term lease.  Either 6 month or 18 month lease preferred to get it on a springtime renewal cycle.  This home is located off Nash Road. First month's rent and a deposit equal to one month's rent is required for move in. Two of the bedrooms can be closed off if you don't need the whole house and want to have cheaper rent.  Maximum occupancy would be 8-10 people if renting the entire house. Rent is $2800 per month which does not include utilities. Tenants are responsible for electricity, propane, heating fuel, and snow plowing. Total utilities are typically around $750-800 per month depending on usage and winter conditions. Sorry, NO PETS!
