8 bedroom complex available for winter lease

Eight bedroom, two bathroom complex available October 1st for winter lease. The lease would have to end March 31st. This would be perfect for employee housing. Rent is $3810 which includes everything except snow removal (heat, water, electric, and wifi). There is a $700 cap on utilities. If combined utilities go over $700 per month, the tenants would be responsible for any overages.
