Furnished (or unfurnished) one bed/one bath unit available in early June for long term lease.  This unit is located in town close to the hospital.  Washer/dryer is shared with the upstairs unit.  The kitchen does not have an oven. Rent is $1235 per month and tenants are responsible for 25% of combined utilities and cable/internet if desired.  Sorry, no pets!
