Furnished one bed/one bath unit available in early July for long term lease.  This unit is located in town close to the hospital.  Washer/dryer is shared with the upstairs unit.  The kitchen does not have an oven. Rent is $1335 per month and tenants are responsible for 30% of combined utilities (50% if upstairs is vacant) and cable/internet if desired.  An additional $400 per month has been the high end for combined utilities for the downstairs.  Sorry, no pets!
