Mostly furnished, one bedroom cabin with loft available now for winter only lease. The lease would have to end April 30th. This cabin is located on Lowell Point.  The cabin does not have washer/dryer access. Rent is $1065 a month which doesn't include any utilities. Tenant is responsible for electric and propane. If electric is included, rent would be $1365. Tenant would be responsible for making sure propane was back to move in level.
