About Nicole:
Originally from Michigan, but proud to call Alaska home, Nicole has been a boat captain since 1999 and first moved to Seward in order to run fishing charters and whale watching tours. Nicole also holds a BA in Business from the University of Michigan and looks forward to utilizing her business skills with quick, professional responses to any questions you may have.
Nicole passed her Broker’s exam and started the brokerage of Seward Properties in 2014. Since then, the Seward Properties team has represented nearly 50% of all the buyers and sellers on recorded transactions in the Seward area. The team also manages 100 local rental properties.
Nicole is proud to be awarded the 2015 Excellence in Profession Award from the Seward Chamber of Commerce, and recently received her GRI designation as a graduate of the Realtor Institute. She continues to pursue educating herself on the latest real estate news, classes, and strategies in order to best represent her clients and their needs.

About Pamela:
Born and raised in Florida, Pamela had never dreamed that one day she’d be living in mountainous Alaska but is continuously grateful that she made that first trip. Spending her first 6 months in Seward in 2008, she quickly fell in love with the surrounding beauty and decided to make it home.
Before entering the world of real estate, Pamela had a strong customer service background and has brought that care for individuals to her real estate profession. With work ranging from tour boats, commercial fishing, and managing a remote wilderness lodge, she has been fortunate to experience many sides of the Alaskan frontier. As a real estate professional, Pamela looks forward to guiding those searching to buy their dream home or sell a home that no longer fits their lifestyle.

About Annie:
Annie’s roots run deep in Alaska. She was born here in Seward but soon moved down south and was raised in Edmonds, WA. Annie has always felt a strong connection to Seward’s people and the environment. She grew up visiting relatives in Alaska each summer and later working on her dad’s commercial fishing boat. Annie and her husband knew they wanted to raise their 3 kids here in Seward. She found her love for real estate when she was a stay-at-home mom looking for something that could bring an income while at home. Annie and her husband started buying single family homes as rentals in 2018. Finding success in real estate investing, Annie knew becoming a Real Estate Agent was the next step! Annie is a real estate enthusiast who understands how busy life can be. She is a joy to work with and strives to make your buying/selling process as easy and efficient as possible.
Kylee Lambert

About Kylee:
Originally from Kansas, Kylee spent her first season and fell in love with Seward in 2017, returning each summer to work seasonally with her husband, until the 2023 purchase of their house allowed them to officially call Seward home.
With a MS in Journalism from the University of Kansas, Kylee comes to Seward Properties with a diverse professional background. Kylee spent five years in corporate and nonprofit event management, and six as General Manager of Seward Brewing Co., before diving into the world of vacation rental management in Seward in 2021.
Excelling in organization and communication, Kylee is excited to make Seward home for buyers inspired by the magic of our seaside town and assist sellers in accomplishing their real estate goals. In her off-time, she enjoys live music, a great meal and glass of wine, and loves to be outside: hiking, trail running, mountain biking, packrafting, snowboarding, camping, and adventuring in Alaska!
Allyson Pike

About Allyson:
Allyson has held various positions at Seward Properties beginning in 2015. Since 2018, Allyson has overseen over 100 local rentals as the Team’s licensed Property Manager. Originally from Florida, Allyson moved all over the country during her husband’s service in the US Coast Guard. Alaska was their last stop and turned out to be a perfect fit – her family has called Seward home since 2013. Allyson enjoys time with her family, hiking, reading and puzzles.
