Furnished, three bed/one bath home available October 1st for winter lease. The lease would have to end March 31st.  This home is located in the Forest Acres neighborhood.  Washer/dryer in unit. Rent is $1335 per month which includes electricity.  Tenants are responsible for reimbursing the owner for 75% of the heating fuel bill.  Cable/internet and snow plowing are also tenant responsibility.  Sorry, no pets!
