1 Bed/1 Bath Home Available for Winter Lease

Furnished, one bed/one bath cabin available November 1st for winter only lease.  The lease would have to end April 30th, 2025 but could go a little longer. This cabin is located outside of town in the Camelot neighborhood.  Washer/dryer in unit.  Covered parking!

Rent is $1265 per month which does not included utilities.  Tenants are responsible for electricity/heating fuel, snow removal, and cable/internet.  Utilities average about $400 for electric and heating fuel.  Pets considered!
